Hi I am a brandnew GM, and I would like to try and run pathfinder for my group. I know I need the core book, bestiary and I am gonna pick up the screen. Can you suggest an adventure for a newbie GM to run, I was thinking of crypt of everflame. Also what is a B1 adventure?
Thanks so much for your help

Low level adventures are much easier to run then higher level adventures so Crypt is a good place to start. I'm not sure what a B1 is but I would guess it means low level.

I'm pretty sure B1 will be a reference to the original TSR basic D&D module B1 In search of the unknown. The first basic set module, so Crypt of the Everflame is continuing that tradition by being the first Pathfinder RPG module. Some also suggest it's a reference to it's author, Jason Bulmahn.
As far as beginning modules is concerned Crypt is an excellent choice. Alternatively you could try D0 Hollows last hope. This is available in the pathfinder modules section as a free download and is a great intro mod. It is 3.5 but that shouldn't stop you from running it as the only things you might need to work out are CMB and CMD for a couple of monsters.

Congrat's on taking on the role of GM! You will provide many entertaining adventures for your buddies.
You have the right idea for books.
If you are interested in Pathfinder Society adventures, you can buy them for $4 each and have a great 4-5 hour adventure. Pick any of the low level scenario's from #29 on because those are Pathfinder rules.
Otherwise, I recommend "Hollow's last hope" for a low level adventure, but it is not Pathfinder, but 3.5 rules. You could snag up one of the new adventures that was written with the Pathfinder rules too.

Good job Turin! Some of the B series adventures were great. I still have all of my copies and the big re-issue. I didn't care for In search of the unknown, but The Keep on the Borderlands will always be a favorite. I can still tell you by memory what types of creatures occupy each of the lettered caves in the Caves of Chaos.
Hopefully the Crypt of the Everflame can be that adventure for Gian Holland! Good luck and have fun!
