I recently bought some of the Sonic Legends MP3 downloads from here, and I can't seem to personalize or download them. When I go into "My Downloads" they are there and I follow the prompt to personalize it and it just takes me to a page where I can play it but not save it. Same if I try to download or check back in a minute. I don't have this problem at all with downloaded PDFs so if someone can lend some assistance here it would be greatly appreciated.

I looked into your downloads and it is more of a settings issue than anything else. Whats happening here is that your browser is autoplaying the MP3 file, rather than saving it. To work around this, you will have to right-click on the download link and select "Save As..." (or "save link as..." depending on your browser/operating system). This should bypass the autoplay and download the file rather than playing it.
When you click the "Personalize this file" link to personalize a new PDF, just use the right-click;save-as trick on the "Or click here" link in the red "Your download should start in 5 seconds..." red box.
