Umm it seems that I still have a standing subscription to Dragon Magazine. Not a big deal except I just recieved an email stating that a credit card associated with one of my subscriptions is out of date. based on the number for the card given in the email it can only be this subscription. So, long story short, please cancel my subscription to Dragon Magazine.
Also I was looking at my info and it doesn't seem to list me as a charter companion subscriber. I thought I had subscribed to that right away when it came out. Am I mistaken?

"Charter" subscribing tag only comes with subscribing to the Adventure Path before August.. 15th?, 18th?, 2007.
It passes on to any "group" subscriptions it's included in. So you can be a Charter Pathfinder Adventure Path subscriber, a Charter Pathfinder Superscriber, or a Paizo Charter Superscriber.

Your Dragon Subscription was for the short-lived "Ongoing" subscription. It was never actually canceled, since there were no new issues being made.
This was never a problem until yesterday. I ran a new process which checked everyone's payment method expiration date and sent out automated emails to people whose payment method will be expiring soon. It only looked at cards attached to pending orders and active subscriptions. I didn't consider that those old Dungeon and Dragon magazines were still technically active. Computers, however, are nothing if not "technical".
No good deed goes unpunished it would seem. :) However, I think that despite a few people getting strange and/or confusing emails erroneously, this is a good service which we will continue about every month or so. We'll get the kinks worked out.
As for your Charter tag, Majuba is correct. It refers to the Adventure Path subscription.
