Missing all March products

It would seem that a shipping error has occured with my subscriptions for all of the March products (Council of Thieves map folio, Kingmaker 1 and the NPC Guide), I have recieved no e-mail notification, and the order doesn't seem to have ever appeared among my orders.

I see that other people have had the same problem, but that Cosmo fixed it, but mine does not appear to be anywhere in sight... Could someone please fix this?

You should have just received a confirmation email for your order.
