While the GW game board is extremely awesome and while expensive quite worth it (Oh my god are there so many freaking skulls on it though) why did you go with their expensive trees and things?
You could have gotten a lot more trees for that same price. Houses and the like are easy, but the dungeon stuff is a bit harder and traditionally more expensive. Have you considered making your own? Molds can be found and you can use plaster to easily make good walls and floors.
It's messy but it turns out awesome if you put the work into it.

My group trys all kinds of stuff:
One guy has a bunch of the 3D dungeon stuff that he's collected over the years. Whenever he can, he'll build dungeons to go along with whatever adventure he might DM.
Another guy would use his computer and a projector to put the game maps right on the table. It would take a bit of adjustment sometimes to get the size correct, but after that we were good to go. And, he would use some kind of software to black out the rest of the map and only uncover what we'd explored.
I just started DMing again, and have been using a wet erase map. After seeing your efforts Jeremy, I feel bad. Still, if I try to buy cool 3D s*+*, my wife would likely gut me in my sleep.

So here are my plans, I just ordered this , with a bunch of these , and some of these and I plan to paint the and actually grid it out out to make a wilderness encounter set the size of my kitchen table cause I'm insane and my credit card hates me now.When do I show up for a game?
That all depends if you can make it to Newfoundland by tuesday.

LOL I'm lucky enough that my husband says as long as the bills are paid have at it. But I also have a dry erase map, however it's gotten to the point where the dry erase isn't enough. I also have a crap load of the dungeon tiles which again is not enough, because of the limited shape. My next step is the a local artist I know who uses clay a lot. I could convince them to give it a try or at least teach me how to do it. I may end up having to make my own 3d dungeon stuff with a lot of clay, paint, clear apoxy (water) and a lot of patience. *sigh* why does everything have to be so hard.

If you have the time to cast, build and paint stuff you should start doing Hirst Arts and their Castlemolds stuff. It's a whole site dedicated to creating your own designs of scenery using various molds that Bruce Hirst has made. It includes How-tos, projects, painting techniques, casting directions and a very helpful and responsive community.
Here is a few of the things I've made with the molds out of dental plaster.

Thanks. I've been considering creating my own designs and producing prepainted resin pieces for sale. I carved the masters for the rough-hewn caves and made custom molds for them so it wouldn't be too difficult I should think. I just worry about the financial timing and start-up involved. Of course I am just lazing about anyway, currently unemployed. I guess it's worth a try....maybe start out with just a couple items and see what demand is like...
