Gaseous Form, Perception, etc.

Rules Questions

I have some Gaseous Form questions for a trap I'm planning to spring on my party Friday night.

When some one is in Gaseous Form do they look like a cloud of gas, like mist, or like a slightly foggy version of themselves?

Has anyone worked out how this affects Perception checks?

Also, could someone lurking in Gaseous Form dispel it as a free action and attack in the same round?

It appears that someone in gaseous form does not gain the benefit of concealment, similar to a blur spell. Is that correct?

If so, is there any reason that a blur spell can't stack with a gaseous form spell?

Never had this come up.

For buffing the two spells yes put them together.

Gaseous form I have always had them go through or into cracks, fissures or other areas where they have total cover/concealment.

Then they release gaseous form and attack from a one inch crack in the ceiling.....

If they are blurred so much the better.

For this one I think the answer is no: I believe dismissing a spell is a standard action.

they can be grappled and attacked with no miss chance. It might give a circumstance bonus to stealth if they were hide in a fog bank.

The subject and all its gear become insubstantial, misty, and
translucent..
How can they be grappled even with a force effect I don't see it?
