Werewolves or Drakes or?

OK I can't decide what my main "bad guys" should be that take up residence in a death shrine to a ancient vampire. The location is where Jagged River and Taggoret River meet in Andoran. The two I am thinking of are werewolves or drakes, but I am open to ideas. We are playing PFRPG and using the Bestiary and a few other pathfinder books I have. So let me know what you think.

Well, one of the demon lords of the Abyss is Zura, 'The Vampire Queen, Demon Lord of Cannibalism and Vampires'. Being a demon lord she has worshippers whom she grants spells to and offers the domains of Chaos, Death, Evil, and Madness.
There's not much about her known (see the Campaign Setting, page 175, or the article on demon lords in Pathfinder #18 for what there is) but if you have a shrine with vampire ties, then why not actually have it occupied by a group of cultists who worship a demon lord of vampires?

Hmm. Given it's Andoran, do the occupants of the shrine pretend it's a shrine to someone else? Maybe that they're a 'hold out' group of Aroden worshippers? (If they're seen as a bunch of weirdos who worship a dead god, people might not pay too much interest in them, and give them the sort of wide berth you usually give to apparently crazy religious types. Hmm. Here's another thought: It does suggest in the Campaign Setting that Zura may have been an ancient Azlanti queen (and vampire) before she became a demon lord. What if this was a shrine to Aroden 'The Last Azlanti', but after he went away another former Azlanti (Zura) stepped in and gradually corrupted the Aroden cult and practices, until they were worshipping her? Maybe there are still one or two who cling to the old way of doing things, and there are some internal conflicts within the group, which spill over when the PCs arrive.)

This morning I was flipping through my Classic Horrors book I got and was inspired. The tomb is deep crypt protected by (boss) flesh golem, 4 armed skeleton(s)/normal skeleton(s), and a tribe of ghouls/ghasts one with class levels
