Searchable spell Database 3.5 and or PF

I was recently asked, what are the best searchable spell databases for 3.5 and PF. I gave my friend some I had used in the past and still he asked if I knew any more so now I now go to the vast knowledge of the boards.

I think he wants Spell Compendium available and casting time as a serchable paramater.
