i remember reading once a spell that caused energy vulnerability,it might have even been an after effect. I scoured for hours and couldn't find it. not even sure what spell list it belonged to or anything. does ANYONE know what spell does this?!
It should be in the PhB II or Spell Compendium. The spell is energy vulnerability and I know a cleric can cast it.
Edit: Just checked and it is in the PhB II for Cleric 3 and Sorcerer/Wizard 3.

The only spell that comes to mind is the "instill vulnerability" invocation that warlocks use...
