Luven Lightfinger's Gear & Treasure Shop actually has something like that for in-game usage. It's called the "She-Devil Bustier" and allows female warriors to use CHA bonuses to AC, IIRC. While the scale, chainmail, and leather construction will turn a knife, it's designed more to turn heads and distract opponents.

But, given that these appear to be custom made and that full figured women benefit most from wearing a corset, I expect that they would. :)
