Seems to me that the Pegasus should have a Sense Motive of +4 instead of +7.... Unless 'Sense Motive' is tagged as a Class Skill for the Pegasus!
Has that skill been added to its Class Skills?

I would assume so - there are several creatures in the Bestiary that have skills not listed under their race types at the back of the book, I would guess that Sense Motive is a class skill for them if the derived value has a +3 bonus missing due to it being a trained class skill.
