Stunning Fist Usage

Rules Questions

If you have a multi-classed monk (Monk 1 / Rogue 1), do you get 1 Stunning Fist per day or 2? The RAW could be intepreted either way. What do you guys think?

A monk receives Stunning Fist as a bonus feat
at 1st level, even if he does not meet the prerequisites. A
monk may attempt a stunning attack a number of times
per day equal to his monk level, plus one more time per
day for every four levels he has in classes other than
monk.

The answer is 1.

Monk 1 = 1 use
Rogue 1 = 1 divided by 4 (always round down) = 0

You'd have to be Monk 1/Rogue 4 to get 2 uses.

I don't know you can say this is open to interpretation. It says you can use Stunning Fist once per day per Monk level. You have one level in monk. You can furthermore use SF once per day per 4 levels of classes other than monk. You only have 1 level other than monk, so just the 1.

HeroLab gives the answer of "2", so we figured it might be open to interpretation/debate.

Is the "always round down" rule accurate, or just generally so?

It is true, except when noted otherwise. (If there is a minimum of 1, it says so.)

Specifically "Unless otherwise noted, whenever you are must [sic] round a number, always round down." (from the Getting Started section of the PRD)
