Holde the charge on Spell-like Abilities?

Rules Questions

Can an enchanter hold the charge on his daze touch?

Can similar abilities be held if the initial touch attack misses?

Liberty's Edge

p304 of the bestiary under Spell-Like Abilities (Sp):

Quote:
Spell-like abilities are magical and work just like spells (though they are not spells and so have no verbal, somatic, focus or material components).

No other portions of the entry on spell-like abilities suggest any other differences in how they are treated (including provoking attacks of opportunities and require concentration). On this basis I would assume they can hold the charge in any situation under which a caster would normally be allowed to.

An official answer or link would of course be great.

Liberty's Edge

Sorry, I sort-of just assume people have the books for some reason.

As you can tell, my previous quote is an excerpt from the linked section.
