I am seeing a Perception skill of 24 in TOS+ for the Triceratops, but the PRD entry gives only 21. If I break it down:
+1 (wisdom bonus)
+14 (skill points for a 14 HD animal)
+3 (Class skill bonus)
+6 (Skill Focus (Perception))
===
24

Nope; it's wrong. My guess: we missed the fact that over 10 ranks in a skill doubles the bonus from Skill Focus, that being the newest addition to how skills worked at the time.
