Prior download files missing from "My Downloads" page

Hi, I was looking to download some of the Pathfinder materials that I ordered some time ago and see only the Beta PFRPG file and another free file available. Where are the files I ordered before??? How can I get them back?

I've looked over your account and your order history and I do not see any earlier orders associated with this email address which would grant any downloads.

Which products, specifically, are you missing? Also, is it possible that you have an alternative email address which you might've used to purchase the earlier downloads?

I had Pathfinder AP subscriptions for the first two full AP's w/ PDF's and got a few of the 3rd before I had to cancel the subscription. I also purchased the PF core rulebook at GenCon last year and got the PDF of that at that time. As for a different email address I don't think I have used a different one than the HOTMAIL, but I did get the notice of Core rule book download through my GMAIL account so maybe that is the problem. How do I check this out?
