I've downloaded your PDFs and opened them without any issues cropping up.
Normally, this error is associated with either a file corrupted during the download or a corrupted copy of Acrobat Reader.
Therefore, please repersonalize and redownload your PDFs, and then try opening them again. If you get the same error, please try updating and/or reinstalling your PDF reader.
If these don't help, please let me know. Please include your OS, decompression utility (unzipper), and PDF reader.
Thanks,
cos

Thanks for the quick reply Cosmo. I don't think it was a corrupted Adobe, since I could open other stuff OK, so it must have been a messed up download. I'll try again.
Edit: Well, I tried again, and got the same thing. My OS is Windows Vista. My PDF reader is Adobe 7.0 version. I thought my unzipper was Winzip, but cannot seem to locate it at this time. Hmmm, maybe that is the problem. I'll try to acquire it and get back to you.

OK....Well, I downloaded a new version of winzip, and still nothing. The smaller fonts appear as nothing more than little black dots. I'm not sure what the hell is wrong.
I am having the same problem with my PDF file. It is saying that it cannot imbed the Steel Magnolia font. I am a graphic artist by trade. Is there a problem with the font that it cannot imbed because of licensing issues? I have encounter other fonts that will not convert from a publishing program (like Quark or InDesign) to a PDF because of this. If it is the same font you use all of the time, probably not the issue.

OK Cosmo, I downloaded Adobe 9 Reader, redownloaded the PF files, and all is now well. I was able to open them without any errors. So, looks like it was the Adobe after all. Weird though, since other pdfs opened up with no problem.
Anyway, thanks for all you help Cosmo. You're the best customer service rep ever!

Okay, opens fine using Foxit, but I kind of have to wonder how Acrobat could get corrupted without having this show up with other pdfs.
