Yeah I have bowed out on most of them. Just not worth arguing with the brain dead.

Hey AZ how you doin?
Meh. Wife's still not feeling well. However, brewed a beer last week, and transferred it from the primary to the secondary fermenter today. And later during the week I'll use the primary to start up a batch of mead. Special mead.
Edit: By the way, the beer is a kind of self developed IPA - I'm calling it PF IPA.

He should brew something with a real yellow color and name it after Yellow Bear Brew.

And with a good ABV, if my calculations are correct - 7.3% so far.

Do you find it fun to be at the YMCA?
Ah, cross thread pollination.
Young men, there's no need to feel down
I said, young men, pick yourself off the groundI said, young men, 'cause you're in a new town
There's no need to be unhappy
Young men, there's a place you can go
I said, young men, when you're short on your dough
You can stay there, and I'm sure you will find
Many ways to have a good time
(Chorus 1:)
It's fun to stay at the YMCA
It's fun to stay at the YMCA
They have everything for young men to enjoy
You can hang out with all the boys
It's fun to stay at the YMCA
It's fun to stay at the YMCA
You can get yourself clean, you can have a good meal
You can do whatever you feel
Young men, are you listenin' to me?
I said, young men, what do you wanna be?
I said, young men, you can make real your dreams
But you've got to know this one thing
No man does it all by himself
I said, young men, put your pride on the shelf
And just go there to the YMCA
I'm sure they can help you today
(Repeat chorus 1)
Young men, I was once in your shoes
I said, I was down and out with the blues
I felt no man cared if I were alive
I felt the whole world was so tight
That's when someone came up to me
And said, "Young man, take a walk up the street
It's a place there called the YMCA
They can start you back on your way"
(Chorus 2:)
It's fun to stay at the YMCA
It's fun to stay at the YMCA
They have everything for young men to enjoy
You can hang out with all the boys
YMCA
It's fun to stay at the YMCA
Young men, young men, there's no need to feel down
Young men, young men, pick yourself off the ground
(Chorus 3:)
YMCA
And just go to the YMCA
Young men, young men, I was once in your shoes
Young men, young men, I was down with the blues
YMCA

of course, I had my first tastes of beer as a little kid during family gatherings and holidays. Just a sip, always, but enough to give me a taste for it.

I cant say on the boards what the thought of is good after a long day. Lets just say my wife dislikes it about as much as I do drinking a beer.

This makes a lot more sense than the other e-mail. :)
Glad ya like it. How was your weekend? I was just thinking of you.

The drive with my daughter was really cool, even though she got tired and mad at me the first night of our trip. We actually spent a lot of time talking about random stuff, and she hardly listened to her iPod on the trip.
My mom, unfortunately, has kinda decided to stop eating. She looks like she's lost 30 pounds since the last time we saw her. When I mentioned seeing her in 3 weeks, her response was "Good luck." She says she's in pain constantly, so I think she's just ready to have it be over. Still, she has lived this out for a lot longer than I thought she would at the outset, and she got to spend a lot of time with her grandchildren during that time.
So, yeah, overall the weekend was a mixed bag.

I hope everyone hereabouts had a good weekend. From reading through the thread, it looks like Paris did not have a good weekend, since he was working again. I also noticed the trolls were have a troll party this weekend. Must have been fun. <eye roll>
Actually it was quite aggravating. Same as always though. I actually went in and read. Posted some, but mine were deleted...I don't understand why some things were deleted though. He deleted ones that were just trying to make the trolls stop fighting and bring some funny into it. Guess he didn't agree with them.

I'm sorry about your mom. It's gotta be rough. I am glad however, that you got some time with your daughter. And that you guys got some talking in. Thats important.
It good too that you have taken your kids to her as often as possible. You gave them that.

I'm guessing it has to do with physical threats. It's funny that someone still insists on doing that even though they didn't back it up when and where they said they would. I think we know who I'm talking about...(It's Sharoth, in case one of you reading this couldn't figure it out) :)

So I went to the ER. 6 vials of blood, a GI Cocktail, and something else I couldn't pronounce later all I know is its not my Gallbladder. Which I suppose is good news.
On the upside, the ER room had a TV in it and I was able to watch the Brady Bunch Movie....as if I weren't in enough pain already. :S
Just read this. Yikes. I guess you didn't have a good weekend. :)

I'm alright. I feel better knowing it isn't something as serious as my gall bladder.
