Suit and pant coat combinations shouldn't be in sky blue. I'm looking across the street into the window of a clothing store, and all I can think of now is Matlock.

but it's british!

Me, for now. However, my brain is saying take a nap. But, I have things that I (sort of) want to do. But, being on the computer isn't getting them done either.

I think you can get the idea... :)

I've dreamed about online pals, but they are usually through-the-looking-glass dreams that I can't quite remember.
I had a very vivid dream a few months back about taking a road trip to Galveston, where we hooked up with Rone, who promptly started doing crazy things to complicate the road trip.

Rone doing crazy things? Man, what a strange dream.

Enor Notrab.... sanest of us all.

If that was to me, I just spend a whole let less time on the computer period anymore. In fact, I'm about to take off again...

If not to me, then ignore everything just stated. Bu, in that case, the latter might be moot. :)

Oh yeah. Your Keith Richards.

Oh know; I was wondering if we do IV or V.

so we post here still i guess.

Yeah, he was pretty type cast. Of course, they would be things that I advised him against in the dream, necessitating searching for him in the bad part of the Seawall, spending nights outdoors, and other zany things. It was not my unconscious' most original hour.

I'm in Sorrento right now, and it's beautiful. Everything looks right down over the cliffs into the Bay of Naples (full of ridiculously huge yachts), there's flowering gardens everywhere, and the weather is fantastic.

On Friday we went to the Greek temples at Paestum. They're out of the way, and most tourists don't go there. It almost felt like we had the place to ourselves, yet it contains one of the 3 best preserved Greek temples anywhere. Awesome.

Yesterday we want to Herculaneum and Pompeii. We went to Pompeii second, and there were just too many tourists. It was hard to make the city feel alive. But Herculaneum is somewhat better preserved, and less popular (and smaller) - that was an amazing site to see. I figured we would have to see most things from a bit of a distance, but you can actually walk right into most of the buildings, with the mosaic floors beneath your feet and many of the frescoes still intact. I highly recommend Herculaneum in particular to anyone with an interest in ancient Rome.

Hmm. I'm not sure what else I have to report. I hope everyone is doing well!

When do the pictures of classical antiquity start going up?

yeah; post here.

Working on it. I have like a bajillion. I'm going to start putting them on FB. (Hopefully one day this week.)

Silver Crusade

Also, across the street from the little apartment in Pescara that we moved into this week, there is a LGS. Seriously. An Italian RPG store right across the street. I didn't think I would ever even see such a thing in this country. I have yet to see an RPG book in any bookstores (and I've been in some huge ones) so this little shop caught me completely off-guard. I tried to check it out Thursday night, but they had closed for the evening. I am going to check it out this coming week, and see if they will let me take a picture or two to share with all of you.

I do yes. I am supposed to stick to a diet for the next two weeks and take Prilosec otc for two weeks and see if I can maintain things with that.

*Angry* Sometimes people suck. And what sucks even more the people who suck are those who are given power.

And thank you CrimJ for asking :D
