At first I thought he said Richard Simmons, and it blew my mind.

Rub your purity ring and hold it tight to your chest. It will be ok. It will be ok.

Soda point for Urizen. That made me laugh far more than it should have.

Silver Crusade

Headed home. Take care, all!

Off to watch movie/tv and eat mudpie ice cream. Be back later.

Six dollars for a new book! I bless you, Barnes and Noble!

Hey, did Woody go to PaizoCon? Have our peeps confirmed a sighting?

Liberty's Edge

Starting the big move tomorrow. Ugh.

Get it over with, AB. The greatest gift my wife gave me in the move was to be a merciless slave driver for two days. On the third or fourth day, people came over and were confused, thinking that we must have moved our move date a week or two earlier.

Woody arrived but was apparently not feeling well. Have not heard from/about him today. He's rooming with Taig. worries

Edit: The worry is about the rooming with Taig part, naturally. You know how badgers are.

Tell him we all said hello and that we hope he feels better soon.

Nah, Taig'll take good care of him. Unless... you don't think his curiosity over came and he... actually... TOUCHED Taig's iPad, do you?

I felt a great disturbance in the Force, but couldn't figure out what it was. Poor Woody....

That poor, poor, curious fool. It was just too shiny for him to withstand. He was young, beautiful, and hairy. He will be missed.

Places hula hoop around lily.

By Jove, why have I not heard of this gentile before? (tosses title on Amazon wishlist). I've actually been picking up random books of this nature at ... well, you know my game, sir.

Oi! Good luck with that. Especially in this muggy heat. Hope you're starting early and/or doing it later in the evening. There's some chores I'm going to be doing around the house this weekend, but not in the dead of the day. At least not outdoors.

Hah! You confuse him with someone else more daring. That would not Woody's style. Woody would probably be the LAST person to attempt the iPad molestation. Which is why Taig did room with him. ;)

You're going over to help them, right?

Oh yeah, Woody's up and moving around and attending a few seminars. Forgot to pipe that up. That was about an hour ago when he texted me.

I need to harass Taig. I've been leaving him alone. For now.

Neither asked nor offered. But in reality, aside from working around the house on a project that my woman wants done, we are actually on-call for a possible ... unfortunate denouement. I'll speak elsewhere on said topic when the moment manifests. Apologize for being vague. Life is most precious when stolen from the young.

Indeed, and sorry to hear it. Unfortunate time for a joke - sorry.

Nah, it's okay. I didn't say anything previously and wouldn't have if you didn't throw that out at me. :p Didn't want to come across as a complete lazy jerk. I'm just a lazy jerk. With really good intentions, but crappy follow through. Until some of these meds (?) are straightened out.

But in the meantime, I've definitely been on a humor roll more than lately. But I think it's a coping defense mechanism shifting gears if I allow myself a moment of serious self-reflection.

HOLY CRAP!! A guy here at work just had a heart attack at his desk. Ambulance took him away not 10 minutes ago. Not sure if he was alive or dead, but I'm gonna hope for the best. I liked the guy, and even worked with him once or twice on ships.

Hell of a way to start the morning.

Sadly, my co-worker did not make it. He was a really nice guy. I didn't see him that often since I switched codes, but every time I did we'd say hello and talk a bit.

John Conner, age 64, a dedicated and hard-working supporter of the U.S. Navy, R.I.P.

So sad. My condolences.

Anyway, so I know she digs me, but I'm not sure she thinks we'd make a good couple. And, amazingly, I don't care either way, if we hook up or just hang out, I'm just happy I've met such an incredible person.

Hmmmm.

Playing Houstontapsthatbarchickroulette again?

Nah, this one isn't in the scene. She's different than the typical woman (think flaky artsy scenester chick) I hang out with, more cerebral, way more interesting, more in control of her surroundings, less interested in what others think of her, and I am completely enchanted. I know she doesn't need anyone to be a complete person.

I am so setting myself up for a fall, and I couldn't care less. ;)

Thank you, I will try to make it end as soon as possible.

We have been moving for the last few days but I am pretty sure some of our stuff is reproducing. We just keep finding more and more of it.

Unfortunately we are starting at 10 and we have to be done by 5. So, it will be a nightmare. I predict much wailing and gnashing of teeth.

I don't really know Urizen enough to ask him to help me move. I only inflict that terror upon those who are close to me.

Actually, I think you did point her out one time if I remember correctly. In response, all I can say is to enjoy the ride as long as you prepare yourself for a fa(i/l)l so it won't sting as bad.

There are extant pictures to prove it, too.
