They were in my nightmares yesterday morning. I had a dream that a gaggle of them were after the survivors of a zombie infested post apocalyptic Earth. I think I woke up before they got their clutches around my skull. Upon waking I had a massive headache.
And today I dreamt I was being chased by aliens.

Star Trek babe large breasted short skirt aliens?

Or slimy pop out of your chest suck your brain out aliens?

It makes a difference.

If the aliens were beautiful I'd be copulating with them instead of running away from them. These aliens didn't want just my brain anyway, instead they wanted all my internal organs.

Waitasec, I thought you had to get married before committing to full time copulation? Are you lying to me, now? Don't hold back. Tell me the truth. I can handle the truth. <tap, tap tap....>

Copulation? It's called boning, f%$#@^*, getting laid, etc.. This isn't a science class. ;)

Hey guys how ya been? Things have been sketchy here so I bailed and went unsocial. My little brother is having some issues and is in the hospital. They admitted him last night and put him on a suicide watch. Today he seems ok and they are going to let my parents in to see him. Not sure exactly what is going on with him, no history of mental health probs on our side of the family. The doctors think that maybe it has something to do with drinking 5 energy drinks a day with no food and no sleep and partying for the last month. His body seems to have turned on him. Hopefully he will be ok in a few days and we can return to normal and we get to go to teh con.

Yikes. I hope that he gets straightened out in a hurry. :( The good news, I think, is that lack of sleep can have an enormous affect on such behavior occurring from what I've seen. Getting some sleep all by itself might just go a long way to changing his direction as far as suicide watch goes. Prayers and best wishes to him and you regarding this.

Unfortunately, from what I know of Solnes' brother, this is just the tip of the iceberg as to the issues he has. What he needs is his reality check to bounce and get hit on the back of the head with a clue by four and gather some maturity. Unfortunately, it's easier to say it than to expect it from ones' siblings. Dealing with that in my own way right now. :/

Solnes, I'm sorry about your brother's latest drama. I hope that he gets it together soon. *hugs*

How is your stomach doing, Lynora? You feeling better and eating all sorts of tastyfoods?

Solnes, it can be scary to go through something like this, not that you need me to tell you that. I hope he's able to kick the energy drink habit(not kidding on that- here in america, our only legal drugs are caffeine, sugar and nicotine, and more people are addicted than we care to admit) and get to some kind baseline.

I'll keep your brother in my thoughts. That sounds terrifying and I hope his healing process is successful and fast.

Which reminds me .... isn't Canada a bit more strict on energy drinks?

I admit I'm an energy drink fiend. It's my substitute for coffee as I can't stand drinking that. But it's a one-and-done for me. Besides, given the surgery, it affects me differently than it does the common folks (as does booze and other sugary stuff).

Meh. I felt better enough to eat today. And then discovered that I wasn't actually better after all. Hopefully tomorrow I will actually be both feeling better and able to keep food down.

Spoiler:

I agree about maturity.
My point about "such behavior" was intended to be strictly limited to the suicide watch bit. I was stating that I thought that although there can be all kinds of behavior that leads to complete lack of sleep, once reached, the complete (especially chronic to a great degree) lack of sleep is a danger in and of itself which can lead one to wild moods and dangerous choices. In other words, I was trying to make the point (for whatever it is really worth) that fixing the complete lack sleep might play a major role in removing the danger signs that led to suicide watch and that with that problem removed there would be time to fix the other problems with things such as becoming more mature.
But, I'm throwing things around from the outside, so I will refrain from rambling anymore about a situation that I have no personal involvement in.

Dreams aren't reality. I can copulate in them all I want, because doing so doesn't result of my loss of virginity in the real world.

But we are strongly advised as to what we can(not) consume due to our new bodily physiology post-surgery.

Not the same, sir. If you haven't experienced it in the real world, dreaming about it just doesn't compare as you don't know what to relate it to other than putting faith into it and hoping for the best.

Virginity is a disease that can be cured. Actually, for us males there really isn't a difference other than the symbolism of the act. Females, on the other hand ... there's some proof lacking in the pudding once the vile beast has been overthrown and cast screaming into the infinite layers of the abyss.

:p

Debating whether to finish my character level up or watch Glee. Hmmm. Maybe both. Of course this assumes that I don't have to puke anymore tonight, but still....I can hope.
