Yes, but it's the same job I have. It pays the bills, and I am glad to have one, but it sucks ass.

I'd hate for this to get lost at the bottem of a page. :P

hmmm, number 2 by the end of may, can I handle it till then. Pun unintended but I'm keeping it this way, and yes my mind loves the gutter

Thank goodness I don't have a PS3 or XBox 360; between Fallout 3 and Dragon Age, I'd be glued to the system for gaming marathons.

How you doing? You seem in somewhat better spirits.
I am doing better. Still hate my job, and I'm trying to find something new. I'm back on an SSRI (a generic form of Prozac, this time), and so far it seems to be helping.
I'm not sure what your response to Woodraven meant, but I'm guessing you're hanging in there.
One of these days, I'll send Wolfgang something he can't refuse.

Steamed rice and vegetables for breakfast. And rice is NOT a vegetable. It's a starch.
There are only 4 kinds of things in the world. Animals, minerals, liquids, and vegetables.
Rice isn't an animal, it isn't a mineral, and it's not a liquid. That leaves VEGETABLE! ;)
(Sorry, I feel like being disagreeable.) :P
You sound just like Studpuffin, except he recognizes fruit in addition to vegetables.

I had to leave the group I was involved with 2 months before the Con, due to the fact that the GM would make derogatory comments of women when they were in earshot, it was embarrasing. That group lasted almost a year.
Before that, I had a group that lasted approximately 5 months.
Before that I was in a 3.0 group from 2000 - 2003.
Before that I gamed on a regular basis from 1991 - 1999 (mostly AD&D 1E/2E, Rifts, & GURPS).

Asking a woman to fix you a sammich is not derogatory. XD
I'm kidding. But being serious for a moment, have you ever thought about putting up something to get a gaming group going again? Even if there's some sort of a store that would house such an event? I think it would be therapeutic for you, sir.

Mom doesn't want me advertising our phone number, so I think that pretty much nixes any chances of finding a gaming group within the tri-city area. That is unless I happen to bump into a gamer at the supermarket.

Put a web advertisement up and make arrangements to meet at your FLGS to sort things out.
You can post an email address instead of a phone number.

Also, your FLGS might have a web-site with some forums that you could use as a gamer connection.

Are you allowed to have your own pay-as-you-go cell phone? But I was actually suggesting e-mail or website bulletin boards to put a shout out for anyone in your area taking roll call.
EDIT: Thing'ja'ed.
