Can it be taken multiple times for the same attack?

No. As written, a creature cannot take it multiple times period.

Improved Natural Attack

Weapon Focus

As you can see, Weapon Focus includes a note about how you may take it multiple times, and that it does not stack so you must choose a different weapon.

Improved Natural Attack includes no such note, so (like most feats) a creature may only take it one time period.

That said, I see no problems with allowing a creature to take it like Weapon Focus (more than once, but only once per natural attack). But this would be a house rule.

EDIT: hmm. It would appear that another version of the Pathfinder SRD says that my "house rule" is how the feat normally works. meh. Either way.

But just so it's clear: no, you cannot take it multiple times AND apply it to the same weapon each time. Imagine a monk doing that.
