Augment Summoning and Summon Swarm

Does Augment Summoning work with Summon Swarm? Augment Summoning says

"Each creature you conjure with any summon spell
gains a +4 enhancement bonus to Strength and Constitution
for the duration of the spell that summoned
it."

The swarm would be unaffected by the Str boost but they would get more HP from the Con boost. True?

Yes, it works just fine (although as you note, the Str bonus is mostly wasted).

Likewise for the spells Mount, Insect Plague, Creeping Doom and Elemental Swarm.
