Yeah, there's an evil dwarf god of toil and suffering in Hollow's Last Hope. Droskar?
EDIT: Wait, in Golarion, the good dwarves' god's name is Torag. Did you get that name right?
Here's Droskar.

Yep, the 4e god of torture is also named Torag. As for a Pathfinder equivilent, you can always go with Zon-Kuthon, god of Envy, Pain, Darkness and Loss.

I hope Paizo is keeping track of these coincidences in PI.
It probably is just a coincidence, since both the Pathfinder setting and 4e were being developed at the same time. A strange coincidence, since the only other mention of Torag I can find is some random character in Runequest, but still a coincidence.

So the spelling is different? Well, that's something. Yeah, not sure I'd pronounce them any differently, though. Whatever happened to Fryer?
I imagine that Torag would have the same o sound as Thor for the first sylabble and a shot a as in rag or bag. (I would pronounce the name TOR-ag, emphasizing the first syllable.)
For Torog, I am guessing that WotC wants people to use two short vowels. Maybe pronounce it like TOE-rog to distinguish the two.
Hmm, is there an official Pathfinder pronunciation guide or a Dungeons and Dragons pronunciation guide? (Hmm. Drow, how now brown cow? Drow, row, row, row your boat down the stream. ;) )
