Missing shipments #1338848, #1327164 and #1316356

All those are late, #1316356 extremely so.

Is there anyway for you to track them? It hasn't been delivered here, nor to the local postal offices, apparently.

It kinda bugs me paying for priority shipping, and waiting more than whats expected for regular shipping. So whatever it is that happened, it would be really nice to know why they are so late.

We cannot track international packages. I have noticed an uptick in packages going to Brazil taking much longer than the shipping estimate to arrive at their destination as well as undelivered returned mail coming back to us. I think we may need to wait a bit longer and see if they arrive to you or are sent back here.

#1327164 arrived.

I just found out, I could track it here if it arrived in Brazil, by the Brazilian postal service, if I had the posting code (or something like that, the weird number thingie you get when you post something), so it would be really good for us Brazilian costumers if you could inform us that code (whatever the name of it, I forgot) in future shipments.

I'm still waiting for those two packages (#1327164 is here already), did they show up on your side?

Look, I paid a total of 223 dollars and 28 cents for books that I did not receive... The very least I'm asking for is that you give any information on where they are.

And do not tell me that I have to wait a "little bit more"... I've waited two months already, and my patience is running thin, so, what happened to my books? Did they return? Are they lost? I need to know.

thank you... as you could notice, I was getting quite angry about this whole situation... Those books where kinda my "personal christmas gift", you see... for my collection

How should I proceed with the replacement shipment, when it arrives? Is telling the postal service to send it back to the sender enough, or I have to send it to a specific adress for returns?

I believe Cosmo was able to stop the replacement before it shipped. If you do still happen to receive a replacement, you should be able to either hand it back to the delivery person as they deliver it or mark it "Return To Sender" and drop it off at the post office.
