I'm thinking about running a one off battle of level 29 characters vs. the hoards of hell.
Any race any class from any WotC source.
One general background.
Special magic items and powers can be requested but I have the final say.
This will be no hold's bar fight, no adjusting the demons hps or powers for character survival and I will use every dirty trick (within the rules) and underhanded strategies to kill the pc's.

How many PCs are there going to be, I want in, but I am trying to decide between a leader or a defender, and how fast do you want us to decide.
I'm thinking a max of 8 players and I would like to start sometime next week.
Wow! I want to play this game badly. You see, I'm on a quest to fight as many 4E monsters in the manuals as I can, and this is a rare opportunity for me to tangle with fiends. Thank you for this awesome idea.
I'm now working on a human avenger. Please let me know if anyone else wants to play an avenger, because I'm flexible.

Sounds like fun. I'd like to play a wizard, probably an illusionist. I can hit the character builder right after work.
BTW, in case it matters, Wednesdays are a no-post day for me, as I have work and a f2f game right afterwards.

Depending on what we end up with, I'll probably
tweak my paladin for total defense, a balance, or
go offensive.

I will start working on mine tonight. Unfortunately my computer got fried this weekend and I no longer have the builder, and I canceled my wizard account awhile back, so I cannot get it back. I will do it by hand. *shudder* The character creator spoiled me.

from scratch...wow it was not pretty, it took me
like a day or two to get it all done lol.

from scratch...wow it was not pretty, it took me
like a day or two to get it all done lol.
Since I use a Mac at home, I don't use CB either. Creating a character by hand builds character (pun intended). That said, creating a 29th level character by hand does make me want to run screaming, which contributes to why I'm spectating this time around :)

I meant to get equipment purchased today, but the wife gave me an early birthday present (PS3) and that got put off. The character should be 100% by this weekend.
Mine is almost completely done, I just have to total up the skills and do the magic items.
This is the cleric, slowly but surely filling everything in.

Lots and lots and lots of healing, plus I likethe reactive healing abilities you have as well.
I'm not too familiar with building clerics but it
looks good to me, plus you seem to be pretty durable
with a good amount of hp. I think you'll definitely
compliment my paladin build and will be able to keep
me propped up and taking the shots for the team.

Uh, we're level 30. Other than that and a somewhat rational hatred of your formatting, the build looks good. Combined with my ability to boost healing near me while I'm in human form, we shouldn't be too hard up for healing.

I could of sworn that said level 30 last time I looked. Eh, no matter. Goodbye several HP, one feat and a epic destiny feature.
