Hello everyone.
I'm currently running a game for a girl. She is playing a Rogue and I am playing a ranger. I'm trying to throw in some elements of witch craft, first through non player characters and later letting her cast some limited spells.
Does any one know of any witch classes or any general resources I can use to work this in to our game.
It's just the two of us so I'm open to letting her build her character how she wants. I just want to keep some sort of balance.

Have you checked out the Advanced Player's Guide playtest round 2?
And just because your friend is female doesn't mean she'd have to be a witch, even though general gender stereotypes associate female casters with the term "witch." She could just as easily be a cleric, druid, sorcerer, wizard, or one of the other casting classes from the APG playtest. "Witchcraft" could be associated with any of these classes if given the right flavor in game.

Oh I know men can be witches.
The reason I want to add witchcraft to my game is because we both have a common interest in it, also the girl is very earth and I think would enjoy, finding herbs for rituals on full moons and things like that. More than likely we will LARP some of it.
I'm also trying to use witchcraft as a subtle magic, not something to build a character around but something to use for both flavor and a little boost to our small party.

Let her take a few levels of witch. She might join a "coven" of some sort, which could give you lots of fuel for new adventures.
I'm not into LARP, myself, but gathering herbs and making potions and such could be a lot of fun for you.
You might look into the Arcane Trickster prestige class, which combines the rogue class with an arcane class.
