Hellknight Armor - Is it Masterwork?

Rules Questions

In the Pathfinder AP - Council of Thieves #27, Hellknight Full Plate Armor is introduced. Page 67). A suit costs 2,000gp. There is nothing in the description that indicates that it is masterwork, so I guess by RAW it is not. It just seems odd to me that given the amount of work put into the suit of armor and its cost, that it would not be masterwork?

2,000 gold is just barely more than a normal suit isn't it ?

I can see how it is like Cold Iron which does not need to be masterwork yet more expensive than the norm.

True. I forgot that a regular set of platemail is 1500 gp, so this is not that much of an increase.

I'd say the whole exacting specifications part, makes it a masterwork item. You sure can enhance them magically.

The 2000 gp easily include the 150 gp for masterwork armour, so I'd grant it the -1 ACP (in addition to the hellknight armour bonus, which is basically armour training)
