If a bard and a rogue are flanking a goblin, and the bard uses the aid another action to give the rogue a +2 to attack against the goblin, does the bard still threaten the goblin as required to give the rogue his snaek attack bonus? I was not sure on this, since the bard is only attacking AC 10. It seems it could be ruled that he is not actually attacking the goblin, so he is not really a threat and the rogue would not get his bonus. I plan to rule that he does threaten and it does grant the sneak attack bonus for the rogue, but I wanted to get the opinion of the boards to be sure I was making the right call. Thanks everyone.

Correct.
Say you had a line of Fighter-Orc-Bard-Goblin-Rogue. If the Fighter and the Bard were both attacking the Orc, the Rogue would still get his flanking (and sneak attack) bonus against the Goblin.
