I started GMing 'Bastards of Erebus' and all three PCs decided they wanted to play tieflings.
Now that we plowed into the game I wonder how should the Children of Westcrown react when Janiven brings in three tieflings and especially Arael, considering that he is prejudiced against tieflings
Later on I guess PCs will try to infiltrate The Bastards so if anyone has any suggestions how that could/should play out, I'd love to hear :)

I would have Arael detect evil on them. (Since they are native outsiders, not evil outsiders, they shouldn't auto show as evil)
Although, according to the RAW detect evil, any evil creature not a cleric, paladin, undead, or evil outsider will not show up as evil. I've seen this home-ruled a lot to let lower level characters actually be able to use their spell or abilities.
Considering your party's characters, you may want to dump the aspect of Arael not liking tieflings, or have him test the characters somehow.
You should be able to add extra missions, such as a "test", because the first module requires a lot of extra missions to catch them up on XP (unless you made the sewer incredibly long - my players were getting bored, so I cut it short).
Depending on their character backgrounds, I'd either make it so that the characters have a history (preferably bad) with the people in the BoE club, which would make it so they couldn't infiltrate. Or, give them extra incentive to hate these people.
My only tiefling is a LG monk, along with a LG halfing bard/paladin, and a CG human bard (going to PF Chronicler). They didn't have any problem going after these guys.

yay! thank you guys for the suggestions :D
tonight (its almost midnight on my side of the Globe) they exited the sewers and met with the rest of the (new name for the group) Swords of Aroden, did some chatting and the whole rescue operation.
After finding the letter they did a Local Knowledge check (low DC cause the rogue of the team and the inquisitor are 'in the business' so they heard of the Bastards) and they decided they hate those tieflings ' that give the rest of them a bad name'
so all in all, its working out :)
