Just received my bumper package of Pathfider APs to get me caught up since my FLGS closed last year but I'm afraid there was one item missing from my order i.e.

I've set up the missing issue #21 to ship with issue #29 .

I do hope that this won't add to the shipping cost of issue #29 as the postage is the lion's share of the cost of all of my trans-pond orders and I already paid the postage for #21 in my mega-bundle.

Nope, when we are replacing an issue that we were supposed to have shipped, we do not add to the shipping cost.
