Rakshasa Caster?
That middle one is pretty well exactly what I need!
I checked further on that site and found a similar one to the middle guy. He's not a tiger but more caster like then the first.

Not exactly Rakshasa but Black Orc Games' Hundred Kingdoms has some neat felinids. While you're there, check out the Simian Empire. They're Roman Apes!
Also Noble Knight Games occasionally carries the old 1980s Ral Partha rakshasa minis in a two-pack. Unfortunately, I think I bought out their last stock because they came with rust monsters and I really needed rust monsters.

A lot of Crocodile games Age of Aegptus figures could be used, and also Kraken Editions has some good Felines
In case you're still looking, not all sites will use "rakshasa" if they want to be inclusive beyond the D&D monster. Look for anything with animal heads, etc. (Pathfinder rakshasa aren't just cat-headed.) Less brutish looking werecreatures could work.
If you like an Egyptian theme, Reaper Warlord's Neksokar might have a few that could work.
The "look for it under another name" works for a lot of other monsters as well. For example, no one can sell "Mind Flayers" and "Beholders" outside of WotC because it's exclusive IP, but Reaper has some lovely "Bathalians" and "Eye Tyrants," etc.
