there are about 25 dwarves who have come into the room and are meleeing the duergar (i wont mark the dwarves in as it will get confusing, just assume that they are around)
the duergar are now too busy to attack the PCs
but the pcs can still attack them

Undaunted by the enemy numbers, Charlyl tries to duck under their swirling blades to flank (moves to C53).

Knowing that the drows will be distracted by Miu, Charlyl moves in for the kill (going for dro3).

Miu sees her cousin slipping past the drow and tries to plunge his blade in their backs. Miu roars triumphantly as the drow female joins the combat rather weakly :) and raises her morningstar. With a quick prayer to her goddess asking for the destruction of her enemies she brings the morningstar down on the head of the female drow (df1).

Attack with channel smite 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 111d8 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 133d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 5) = 14
Will DC 17 for half dmg of the 3d6

a vulture type demon appears in front off Orrin and starts attacking him with bite, claw and talon, orrin takes some damage

df2 then dissapears!

Miu sees her cousing Charlyl having a hard time fighting because of his wounds. Although she'd rather face the Vrock than help him she takes out a wand to heal him.

"Stupid cousin, you're distracting me from serious work. I'm not here to nurse you!!!"

Cure Light Wounds 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13

After doing so she moves closer to the Vrock (F52).

Summoned creatures are not under anyones control, they just attack the closest enemies, I think. So that would mean they just stay summoned until the end of the duration of the spell.

orrin seems to glow and then smashes into the summoned vrock, hitting him sevreal times, the vrock crumples and disapears

the few remaning durgar are dispatched and the fighting stops

they say that the fighting is over and the mine is secure

Charlyl wipes some bloody sweat off his forehead, "Well, that was a toughie. Thought we were in a jam there!"

First he thank his cousin, "But of course we were going to be triumphant. We have a devoted priestess of Lolth leading us after all."

Then he turns to Vhorun, "That's some nice sword play. Glad you're on my team! Did you beat Orrin in kills?" He peeks over Vhorun's shoulder at the bloody dwarf, cleaning Drow gibs off his axe. "Glad he's on our team too..."

Lastly, he goes to Ghaun'mere, "You showed off some impressive magic today. Guess all that time studying wasn't a complete waste of time." Charlyl playfully thumps him on the shoulder.

"Cousins! Why don't we take a look at the spoils!"

"Yes you're right Charlyl, both Lolth and the of House Rilynghym have made a good show of their power here. Let's take what is ours and I'll speak with aunt Shal about what we're going to do next. Take a good look at what these so called priestesses carry and bring their stuff to me. Make sure nothing escapes our attention, also in the adjacing rooms, I don't want any sneaky bastard to live and tell this story."

I have 11,400 exp. Maybe we got the 1,400 from killing those trolls? Raven, do you mean our total exp thus far is 10,000 (thus the 1,400 is already included)?

Charlyl will search the drow rooms & the store rooms. Spoils are good, but important info on the rival house's activities are even more important.

Questions:

- What is the difference between the two scrolls of dispel magic?
- There are only light vs. heavy shield in the EQT section, so...?
- For the wand, I divided the full price (750) by 50 then multiplies by 20. Is that the correct way of calculating its worth?

I think this is only a third of the treasure found. If my memory serves me right, We also got stuff from the enemy wizard as well as the fight with Arak. I'll look those up later.

How much $ we get from completing this mission?

you will get a reward of 10000gp when you get back home in the form of money or items
you can have an item made for you or an item upgraded at book cost
if you make the item yourself(by using item creation feats) it will cost half

if nobody else wants to do anything
we will jump forward a few weeks and you are back home
you are now in between missions, you can claim you rewards, relax, whatever.

Shal says that she will have a mission for you in about a month or two
