I was expecting this at my house today. I also never got a tracking number sent to me for this order even thou last couple of orders I did get a tracking number. Just want to make sure everything is good with order.

This order was shipped on 12/31/09 with an estimated transit time of 4-8 business days. because of the postal holiday on 1/1/10, the postal service's estimated window is from Monday (4th) to next Wednesday (13th). Unfortunately, the shipping method on this order is not a trackable method.

Thanks. I forgot about the holiday. The other orders I placed with you took a week to the day since I placed them.

I do find it odd that I got a tracking number for the two other orders I made because they all went out USPS. I know they don't do tracking for normal mail.

I'm not sure about the tracking numbers as looking back through the order history I am not seeing any. Did they come via email?

They did come email but I think they came from USPS not Paizo. I have deleted them. Kind of odd to be getting a tracking number when they don't do tracking for standard mail.

I am very upset that I have not gotten my order yet. Its been nine days since I placed it, almost a full week since Paizo got my money. I have no way to tell where it is. I think with the delay in shipping due to holiday, I should be able to delay when the money goes out. This is the last time I order anything online over a holiday. I'm not mad at Paizo but the long delay in it getting here. The other stuff I ordered from Paizo took a week from the day I placed the order.

If you got a tracking number, then it wasn't from us. And since we do not give your email address to the USPS, then there is not way a tracking number would have been emailed to you from them, either. The only trackable shipping methods we offer are the UPS methods. For your future purchases I would definitely recommend that you choose a UPS shipping method.

With regards to your order, it shipped out on 12/31, which was 11 days ago, but only 6 business days ago. This is to say that your order should be arriving at any time, and if you still have not seen it by the end of this week, please let us know.

I got it today and very happy. I can't belive that one holiday added 5 days in shipping.
