Hello,

First, I want to wish you a Happy and Prosperous 2010.

Now, to business...

The postman has just delivered me my subscription order 1319259, shipped on December, 21st. But I have not received order 1293089 yet, in spite of it being shipped on November, 19. Did you notice any problems with the November one ?

The shipping estimate is 9-36 business days. While we are nearing the end of that, it isn't quite time to worry yet. Packages rarely get truly lost and usually show up either at their destination or end up coming back to us. Sometimes packages fly through like the one shipped Dec 21, and some times they can take a bit longer as this Nov 19 one seems to be doing.
