I've flipped through my adventure path volumes, map folio, and Guide to Katepesh, but can't seem to find a good overland map showing all the locations from the adventure. Does such a map exist? I tried to match the locations in the adventures to the map in the Guide, but have not had that much success.

In the second book, House of the Beast, page 52 has a map of the Pale Mountain Region. I think that's the one you want.

I was going to start a new thread, but I suppose I should just keep it here. Anyone got any ideas on how to reconcile the map of Katapesh in the Dark Markets: A Guide to Katapesh with the map of the Pale Mountain Region in PF #20. I hate to be all OCD, but I'm trying to take apart the adventure path and build a sandbox out of it, and the first place I like to start is with maps. Specifically here are the issues I'm encountering:
1. The Pale Mountain Region shows a valley of some type, which is north of Pale Mountain, White Canyon and the House of the Beast. The closest thing I can find in the Katapesh map is a slight valley by location 36 (Kelmarane), but it shows that valley as being south of Pale Mountain and the House of the Beast.
2. The Katapesh map shows four locations that look like they should be included in the Pale Mountain Region Map - 14 (Gembasket), 6 (Painted Flutes), 10 (Crouching Jackal), and 28 (Pyre Crest). Should those locations be included in the Pale Mountain Region Map?
3. Where is the Old Monastary from PF#19? What about Sultan's Claw? Neither map has those locations.

As you said, the scale is vastly different, in that the Katapesh map from the cover of Dark Markets is six times the scale :) But here's my take on things.
The valley is north, but hard to see, it is that thin "line" between the mountains that contain the Pale Mountain/House of the Beast and the mountains directly to the north. Being only five to ten miles wide, looking at the Pale Mountain Map, it's pretty well hidden in the Katapesh map.
No, again, the scale is what is throwing those off. Looking from Kelmarene (Katapesh map), Crouching Jackal is approximately 40 miles away, with the others being even further. Looking at the Pale Mountain map, it would be off the map, below the scale marker.
3. Where is the Old Monastary from PF#19? What about Sultan's Claw? Neither map has those locations.
The Sultan's Claw is a tree landmark approx a mile from the Monastary, which is close enough to be used as a base for the forays into the town ... so I plan to plunk it just off the road, to the east, in the mountain spur SW of Kelmarene.
Hope this helps :)
