Sorry just had to cackle somewhere.

I now have a 10 piece set of Rise of the Runelords dice and a 10 piece set of Second Darkness dice. Love extra d6s :-)

Yay dice!!!

Rock On

Where is a good place to get inexpensive, but quality dice? I only have two sets and I've been borrowing others' at the table when I need more. It just never falls into my mindset when I'm at a store or online because I'm going through the splats.

Kick A$$ precision dice on the cheap!

Maybe I'm ignorant, but sometimes I tell myself ... $8 to $12 bucks for six plastic dice? What's the markup on this? Seriously? If I'm paying that much for six dice, they had better sparkle and spew comet dust when I spin that d20 for a crit.

Seriously, what's realistic? I can't remember the last time I actually bought dice.

If you're having problems with the cost of dice, maybe this would be up your alley. I've considered buying one of these for my game group, a couple of whom are still using their came-with-the-basic-set, color-in-yourself, the-edges-round-off-over-time dice because I can't convince them to shell out for a newer set. And then they want to borrow mine. I know I've got a bazillion dice, but still...

These are quality dice. These are the same dice the other poster linked to. ---> sales pitch and the website if you don't want to go through amazon.

PS: Watch the videos for the sales pitch.

If you scroll down or check the other pages, you'll find opaque uninked sets for $5. That's about as cheap as you'll find and these are really good dice, but no comet dust.

BTW, the gamestation store link wraithstrike posted is an Amazon store.
