A friend of mine enacted "boots of justice" on some schmuck's car, because the driver decided he needed to take up two spaces (by parking diagonally in the spaces) in a crowded parking lot.
Um, not that I condone such a thing. *ahem*
I had a guy park his caddy with his front bumper pushed up against mine once. I put the truck in 4x4 and pushed him out into the lane, so I approve of your friends actions. :)
