Well I got four law school applications submitted tonight.

Any idea on how long you will need to wait?

Do they notify you only in the case of acceptance or do they also notify you in the case of non-acceptance or being put on a waiting list?

I think one of the Second Darkness parts did 3-4 pages on it. I think it was the same one that had different types of starmetal.
Thanks. I might try to look that up sometime.
I found it: Children of the Void.

Muchas gracias.

No idea what will happen. The deadline on those four was Feb. 15 so I will know sometime after that.

Five words for you. Bare chested lizard riding women.

Still trying to figure out the other three monsters I should vote for as deadline is approaching. Decisions, decisions....

Probably next year or some time in early 2009 we will release an adventure set on one of the planets orbiting Golarion's star. If that sells well, we will do a couple more adventures in the same vein. If those do well we will certainly schedule a planetary romance Pathfinder Chronicles sourcebook that gives an overview of the entire star system, rules for playing characters of various alien races, new technology, etc.

Honestly, I think you put "mind witches" on Venus and set that up as a place for people who want to use psionics deeply in their game, so the product would appeal to the psionics-focused audience, which isn't tiny.

In many ways this is the RPG book I'd most like to publish and work on, but we've got a LOT of basic ground to cover before we get there, and an uncertain aura regarding the upcoming rules changes.

So this is definitely something I'd like to do, but folks are going to have to prove that there's an audience for it. Buying the relevant Planet Stories novels (Moorcock, Northwest Smith, Brackett, Kline) will certainly help, and is greatly appreciated by yours truly.

This was raised again in the Planet Stories RPG thread, and Mona said it was still off in the future to have an rpg, but there might be an off-planet PFS scenario in the near future (I think red planet).

Good work, David.

What are the choices? Maybe I can help. :)

<singing off key>

Rocket engines burning fuel so fast
Up into the night sky they blast
Through the universe the engines whine
Could it be the end of man and time?
Back on earth the flame of life burns low
Everywhere is misery and woe
Pollution kills the air, the land and sea
Man prepares to meet his destiny

Uh, the other 31? Haha

Actually, let me skim through my list and I'll spit 'em out.

Good night to you all. I'm outta here.

Are you carrying multiple torches and pitchforks?

I'm going with Skintaker for sure.

The others that fancy me are:

Chymick
Caltrop Golem
Astrumal
Splorudra
Slithering Horror

Out of those, I like the Chymick (voted for it), Splorudra (voted for it), and the Caltrop Golem (close, but not quite).

<singing off key>

Close the city and tell the people
That something's coming to call
Death and darkness are rushing forward
To stamp light from the wall!

Oh! You've nothing to say
They'll drag you away!
If you listen to fools,
The mob rules, the mob rules

Goodnight all. I will see you in the morning.

DO I NOT ENTERTAIN YOU?

I'm gonna go to bed too. I'll be waiting for the snow that's supposed to hit tomorrow afternoon.

Man, I know how to kill a thread.

Game over, man. Game over.

My tastes on the monsters seem to be rather different than everybody else's. Either that, or I need to reconsider my strategy of ruling out my bottom 16 based on bad names.
