Cold Meatloaf sandwiches and chips. Mmmmmm.......so good!Hi Solnes! How are you today?
Meat loaf sounds good, can't remember the last time I had fresh cooked meat loaf.
I am doing well. Hungry. :)
I made two meatloafs last night with the intention of sandwiches for today. I love meatloaf! :)

I miss my grandma's meat loaf. She'd make it so moist that it didn't even need ketchup.

On call weekend. I try to get every other weekend when at all possible. ~shrugs~ The pay is good, so I can't complain too much. Besides, my roof is starting to not only cost an arm and a leg, but a kidney too.

Your roof sounds like it's cursed.

No. It is more like I am an Idiot. I should have dealt with my roof a year or two ago when I firt noticed it. Or even better, not bought this damn house in the first place. That is what I get for not listening to my gut instead of some of my friends. ~gives a very bitter sigh~

Oof. Sorry, Sharoth. I hope you can fix the roof without too much hardship. :(

~shrugs~ It is getting fixed one way or another. At least I am not waiting another year or two. ~grimaces~ Yea, this screws up several of my plans, but I can't have the house get messed up just because of my roof.

These larger versions of the corgi live and work in halfling communities. Halflings typically train dire corgis for combat and as riding dogs, rather than as herding dogs, due to their size and relative ferocity. Elite halfling warriors take these creatures as mounts, and it is not uncommon to find a paladin with a dire corgi as a divine steed.

Hee hee. I figured the corgi would be a perfect fit for halflings.
Funny story: Back at the beginning of the Noughts, I was playing a lot of Everquest, and one of my favorite characters was a halfling ranger named Corgi Anklebyter. Had a lot of fun doing the DPS with that little murder machine. A glass cannon, but if you kept the aggro mobs off him he could pump out the damage melee OR ranged.

That's really cool.

I think I had in mind chihuahuas for Sasserine, due to the Aztec analog, but I reckon all those sailors would bring fighting dogs.
BTs are actually a hybrid of 'pit dogs' that the Bostonian servants had mixed with the 'toy' dogs that the Boston Brahmins kept. They are small, but scrappy as hell. And they make great ratters.

I stayed away from EQ and WoW, because I had enough distractions in my life. I also had a friend who lost his job because he couldn't tear himself away from EQ.

Yeah; my wife had one. She was always giving me hell.

Same here.....I'd be a mess if I played that junk.

Yeah, that's what I thought too. I compared it to a pony and a riding dog, which both have 13 hp.

Honestly it's a huge time sink, and especially EQ when you get to the high levels, you kinda had to join a guild and go on raids to progress. That used to take HOURS to arrange... WoW was a bit better, but I was already burnt out after my years of EQ, so I kinda only played solo and it got old fast.
Plus, it's a little repetitive. I like the storylines in PbP much better. (And it's free)

Heh heh...the "boston terrorist" label is a pretty common nickname I see. Poor Golden Retriever...
