I don't have the Pathfinder Bestiary yet, so all I have to go on is the PRD.
In the Creature Types section, it says that monster types have specific class skills:
http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/monsters/creatureTypes.html
However, in the Monster Creation section, Step 6, is says that any skill that you put points into is considered a class skill for the creature.:
http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/monsters/monsterCreation.html
So which is correct?
I don't have the Bestiary yet, so if this is corrected there please disregard my question. :)

The first link refers to existing monsters (if, say, a Spider has ranks in Climb, then Climb is a class skill for it)
The second link refers to creating new monsters from scratch - if you make a Deathweb Doomspider and put ranks into Climb, then Climb is a class skills for Deathweb Doomspiders. :)

I think I found my answer for this straight from the source. I got the Bestiary for Christmas, and a book is easier for me to sit down and number crunch with.
I looked at some sample monsters, reverse engineered their skill points, and if something wasn't a class skill for its type, it didn't have the extra +3 bonus.
I like making up new monsters and converting old ones (aamof, some of my 1st ed. conversions from the Tome of Horrors have found their way into the Pathfinder Bestiary -- not to pat myself on the back too much or anything ;) ), so I needed to know the answer to this one.
