According to my account, my order shipped on November 19. It's now December 5, and I haven't received it yet. I worry that since I moved in October, it may have shipped to my old address and bounced or something. Normally, I receive my order within a week after shipping date. What can I do about this?

Jeremy Puckett

Your order was shipped to the old address. If you have a forwarding order on this address, then your order will be in the process of being forwarded to you (this always causes delays). If you do not have a forwarding order, then the order should be returned to us. In this case, I will let you know as soon as it shows up back here.

Therefore, for now we jsut have to wait until it shows up.

Thanks, Cosmo. I have a forwarding address, but things have apparently been crazy in our local post office for the holidays (some of my mail is *still* going to the old address), so I wanted to make you guys aware of the situation before it possibly bounced back to your office.

Okay, I just got notified that my new shipment is being delivered, and my old one still hasn't arrived. That means it's been a whole month now. I really don't know what to do at this point. I've checked with the post office multiple times, and the answer is always the same: nothing waiting here for you. Has it bounced back to Paizo? I really need my screen. ;_;

It has not (yet) been returned to us, so I will go ahead and set you up with some replacements.

Thank you so much, Cosmo! I'll keep an eye out, but at this point I think my package may well have been swallowed completely by the US postal service. =/
