Good morning,

I have yet to recieve order 1294128 which was shipped on Nov. 19th according to my order history! I just got order 1289753 which was shipped on Nov. 24th so was kinda worried the order got lost or some how never left Paizo since its been 10 business days when it was shipped and I have the other now. If you could look into it for me I would be grateful! Thanks for you time!

Your order did go out on 11/19 via Priority Mail, which has an estimate delivery time of 2 to 5 business days. Today is the 7th business day since it shipped out, so it is definitely running late at this point. It is not, however, so late that we should give up on it yet. Please give it some more time, and if you still haven't seen it by the end of next week, let me know.

Granted the other order has already shown up, but this, oddly enough, does not actually have any bearing on this one. It is not unusual for one package to "pass" another in transit.
