Order #1306540 pdf not showing up

Greetings o munificent CS staff,

I restarted my Modules subscription - couldn't miss all that Carrion goodness - and ordered everything in my sidecart including Carrion Hill, rather than wait til the next monthly shipment. The pdf for Carrion Hill didn't appear in my assets though.
Is this a hiccup? I do intend to let the subscription run and run :-)
