I was surprised that more information about monthly shipments was not in your FAQ and I couldn't find definitive answers by searching.
It appears that the monthly ship date is related to the product schedule, but December's schedule isn't more specific than mid-December, which I suppose is somewhat of a help. I also saw a reference to the 13th but I don't know if that was for that month only or applicable to all months.
Please tell me more about monthly shipments. I'm interested in all there is to know.
Thank you

One of the staffers can be more precise, but I don't think there is an exact ship date for the subscription products. There are vagaries in the production process, and once everything is in stock it seems to take a couple days to a week for them to get everything in the mail. (I base this on the fact that some subscribers seem to have their subscription products a few days before I have access to my subscription pdfs.)
They will email you to let you know the subscription will ship soon. (I guess so you can cancel if you like.) ANd will email you again to let you know the order is placed and will ship within about 5 working days.
The pdf becomes available when the product ships.

Thanks for the information. I suspected what you described might be the case, but I couldn't find a definitive answer. Your reply is confirmation that this is the case.
I have some items waiting for my December monthly shipment, that I would like to have before the holidays. Seems I should change my shipping preference at least for the time being.
Thank you!

Since you have subscriptions to four product lines, your monthly shipment will go out once all the products to which you subscribe are in the warehouse within a given month. Sometimes a product arrives early in the month and ends up being held for other products but it will be different for each subscriber based on what lines they subscribe to.

From posts here, it seems that if you change your subscription shipping settings to an immediate shipping option, it generates an order with everything you currently have waiting, even if you change it to a different option right away. Useful if you need or want something quicker than the normal subscription shipping date would get it to you.
Also note that if you have something added to your subscription shipments from another order, it delays things. At least some of the normal subscription process can be done automatically, but additional items from the store means the order has to be done manually, causing a later shipment time once all the subscription items are in the warehouse. If there happen to be a lot of people with extra items this can add at least a few days judging by last month.

The above posts are pretty much correct. Sadly, we have no way of knowing what date stuff will arrive in our warehouse until it shows up; until then, there's always the possibility that things will be held in Customs, or the truck will get lost, or a pallet will manage to be left behind somewhere. Combine that with the fact that we may have several products coming from several different containers from several different printers, and really, about the best we can give you is "early/mid-/late." And then it takes several days to go through all the shipments once things do arrive.
