HI! Can you please explain to me why I was just charged $21.02? I checked my order history and found nothing there that fits that charge.

It looks like that charge is for your GM Screen which is about to ship. The shipping system is supposed to send you an email notification. Let me know if it didn't and I'll look into why it didn't notify you.

That's curious because it looks like I was alrady charged for that in order #1294137. Can you please verify that I wasn't charged twice? Thanks!

It appears that you ordered the GM Screen twice. When you create an order for a subscription, the system goes though your order history and finds any preorders for items covered by the subscription and lowers the total by one. However, you preordered a copy of the GM Screen on the same order on which you created your PFRPG rulebook subscription (order #1151063). When this happens, the system assumes that you are intending to get a second copy of that item.
Due to your surprise at the second shipment, I am assuming that you do NOT want the second GM Screen. Furthermore, I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that you also do not want a second copy of the GameMastery Guide, either, which was also preordered on order #1151063. I have therefore canceled the preordered GameMastery Guide. If you do not want the second GM Screen, just return it for a refund.
