Status of, and delay in order 1275414

Is there an issue with this order? I realise the postal system has caused some international issue with the need for the phone numbers so I am wondering if there is a problem with my order that could be causing the 11 day delay since I recieved the shipping notification. Or are you simply bogged down - that will teach you to produce such great stuff!

Your order is still traversing the shipping queue, but everything is properly set and it should be going out this week.

Thanks Cosmo, as is always the case just afte rI wrote this I recieved the email saying it has shipped - Sorry, looks like I just need more patience.
