Again i try to adapt Yami's infamous nekogami. i tried to balance them again. while keeping the basics. (most of the abilities are sacred cows, that the race had in almost all write ups, if not all) i will leave the fluff up to any dm that wishes to use them. (saves the trouble of adding a god that didn't exist before)
Nekogami were originally designed to create a race based on a certain goddess from a friends series of english credit earning shonen fanfiction. (that never reached the internet it was so bad.) i think they work fine as generic catgirls/catfolk. but i'd reccomend leaving any furry features optional. feline tendencies are a fine substitute. such as the cuteness of playing with a ball of yarn, or fishing in some samurai's koi pond with little more than your hands or even an excuse to wear mittens. the race is meant to be cute. but can be equally creative or perceptive (hence the floating mental ability bonus) hopefully you feel inspiration from this base.

+2 Dexterity -2 Constitution +2 to any one mental stat (Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma)

medium size, no bonuses or penalties due to size
Nekogami base land speed is 40 feet.
Low light vision, Nekogami can see twice as far as humans in conditions of poor illumination, such as torchlight, starlight, moonlight and the like.
Slight build; a Nekogami may squeeze without the associated penalties. as long as they squeeze in a space that can accommodate their size. (such as sharing a square with another medium creature, or moving through a ventilation shaft)
Ageless; at any point in a Nekogami’s life, she may place a permanent block on her age, thus no longer receiving ability score bonuses or penalties from aging and is no longer affected by age.
Nekogami receive +2 on Perception, Acrobatics, Stealth and Escape artist checks
Nekogami receive Weapon finesse as a bonus feat
Nekogami may treat all jumps she makes as if they had a running start.
A Nekogami may use her Dexterity modifier for climb and swim checks instead of her strength
Automatic Language: Common, Sylvan Bonus Languages: Any (including secret languages such as druidic)

Are you just going to post this until we like it? No, it's not very well balanced. 40' speed AND a type change and twice as many skill boosts and a general +1 to caster stat does not a balanced race make.

Just pick a mental stat. I'd suggest Charisma to fit in with the concept better. A floating +2 to a mental stat makes them too powerful.

None of the other racial powers are all 'that' powerful in and of them selves, you've just nickle and dimed the race into being too powerful.
I'd reduce it to +2 to Acrobatics and Stealth checks honestly. Both fit with the 'lean and lithe and acrobatic' image. Perception is just a bit of an out of left field and the escape artist is too much when added to the other two.
Drop the Weapon Finesse feat, let them choose that if they want it.
The rest is ok, I guess. The ageless thing is more fluff than anything else. The use dex instead of strength makes sense, and it's not too overpowered. The slight build is basically the opposite of powerful build. However, I'd word it differently. The way I'd word it is :
Slight Build: Nekogami are usually shorter than most medium sized humanoids, and have very flexible and petite builds. They are treated as one size category smaller when it would be advantageous to them in the following instances : When determining whether they can fit in tight spaces, when using weapons designed for a race smaller than themselves, for determining CMB/CMD when it is advantageous to them, and when purchasing equipment that is size dependent if it is advantageous to them (for example, a nekogami may buy armor as if a small creature when determining pricing and weight).
