I got the first email for order #1270272 on Oct 23 and I was wondering why it has not shipped yet. As far as I can tell all three products are in and available.

They are in and available. This order is sitting in your sidecart, waiting to ship out with your next monthly subscription shipment. I'm not able to determine why they didn't ship out when we processed the monthly shipments last month.

We are most likely going to be processing the November monthly shipments either next week, or the week thereafter. The question, now, is whether you want me to ship your sidecart right now (and get two shipments), or wait until we process this month's monthly shipments (and get it all-in-one).
