Hi! This is the first time I've had any issue with a shipment from you guys, I just received this order with my Bestiary, Book of the Damned vol. 1 and Seekers of Secrets. Both the two soft cover books are absolutely fine unfortunately my Bestiary looks like it too a solid hit to the upper right corner of the book. I'm uncertain if it was dropped or caught on something but the corner is bent. I was wondering if there was a way I could maybe ship you guys back the damaged bestiary for one that hasn't been knocked around the block. Under normal circumstances a little bit of damage doesn't bother me, but with a book of this cost and caliber I cringe when I open it and feel the damage with my fingers.
I don't think this happened while it was in your care the box it was in seems to have suffered at the hands of the US postal service, I think the reason my soft covers escaped a similar fate is that they are smaller and were situated in the middle of the box leaving the poor bestiary to defend itself. (also not sure if it matters it looks like the printer's machine had a little accident on page 272, apparantly Varguilles have ink glands).
